Oil cleansing. You’ll be surprised.

Oil and clear skin. The two are incompatible. Many people worry that using oil on their face will make their skin very oily, clogging pores, causing blackheads and acne. Basically, it is nothing more than mixing a few appropriate oils and massaging them into the facial skin in place of other cosmetic products. Alternatively, one can purchase directly blended blended oils to cleanse the skin. Castor oil has the highest percentage of such blends because of its beneficial effects. Always choose organic cold-pressed oils from a verified company to avoid the side effects that can occur when using low-quality oils. Oils have the advantage of penetrating deep into the skin and drawing out impurities and sebum that would otherwise be impossible to remove.

Once you have everything you need, get started. It is recommended, but not required, that you do this while showering. Drizzle the oil into the palm of your hand, warm it up by rubbing it in, and then blend it into the skin. Massage in gentle circular motions, always moving in an upward direction. Watch a video on proper facial massage and combine cleansing and massage for better absorption and deeper penetration of the oil. Once the oil is evenly spread over the face, prepare a small towel and place it in hot water for a few minutes, wring it out, and then apply it to the face. At this point, the oil begins to evaporate from the face, so either wait a while or lie down and allow the towel to cool. Then take the towel and wipe your face slightly dry with the towel.
